Are There Any Quality Assurances?
Yes! We have strict quality guidelines for both article directories selection, and
the articles we submit. This is put in place to ensure that the article directories get
what they want (i.e. quality articles), and the publishers get what they want (i.e. high
acceptance rate). At the end of the day, our service makes the Internet a better place for
everyone. It's a win-win for everyone. So please take a few minutes to read the quality
guidelines below.
Article Directories Selection
- Decent Alexa rankings - The higher the rankings, the better. We do, however, make exceptions
when we see that the webmaster is committed to running the site well (e.g. exceptional design, etc.)
This is because some quality article directories are still new, but are gaining popularity.
- Page rank - This is optional. But we do check for page rank just to make sure that the site is
not banned by the search engines. Again, we make exceptions based on the same reasons mentioned above.
- Well organized content - Articles must be well organized, with plenty of categories for
publishers to submit articles to.
- Not too cluttered with ads - While we understand that most article directories publish articles for profit,
we only accept sites that keep a balance and maintain a positive reading experience for the visitors.
- Not under construction - Article directories must not be under construction.
- Well designed - Article directories must show that they are at least committed to a decent design.
Directories showing "Your Logo Here" are clearly lacking in dedication and are therefore not included. Uniqueness is key here.
Articles Submission
- Human written - This is, by far, the most important criteria. We DO NOT accept bot generated content.
- No links in article body - Most article directories reject articles with links in the body. Leave the links in
the author resource box.
- Maximum 2 links in author resource box - Again, this is due to the quality guidelines set by most article
directories. Limit your links to 2 per article in the author resource box.
- At least 450 words - Articles must contain at least 450 words and offer some useful and valuable content.
- Decent grammar and spelling - While we are not too uptight on grammar and spelling, the articles must still be
readable. For example, an article written in a conversational style tends to contain some grammar mistakes, but that's acceptable.
But if the articles contain many grammar mistakes due to pure carelessness, that's NOT acceptable.

What happens when an article directory is down?
We'll skip that directory and replace it with another one.
What's the average turn around time?
The turn around time depends on the submission volume. The average turn around time is around 2-3 business days.
This is one of the fastest turn around time in the article submission business.
Will there be a report?
There will not be any lengthy reports upon completion. The best verification of work done is from the
search engines. Make a search for your article title in 2-3 weeks time after submission and you'll see the
results for yourself.
(Tip: Remember to enclose the title in double quotes when searching.)
What's the acceptance rate?
The acceptance rate depends on the quality of the articles. The average acceptance rate is estimated to be about 40%.
We have no control over the acceptance rate (except for quality control) and it's completely up to the
article directories owners to approve the articles. Therefore, we cannot guarantee acceptance. Our job is
to distribute your articles to these directories, and THAT we can assure you, will be done in record time.
How often do you update your list?
We update our list whenever necessary (e.g. sites are sold or abandoned). We also add new sites
regularly. If you've already purchased distribution credits, you're automatically entitled to submit
to the new sites as well.
Can I submit with my own account?
We use our own accounts for all premium sites and article directories.
What is the difference between premium service and regular plans?
For premium packages, we distribute to 20+ premium sites, including Ezinearticles.com (they have very strict rules)
and Latest Breaking News.
All premium distributions are manual. We wait for Ezinearticles to approve first (that takes 2 to 3 business days)
before we distribute to the rest of the dirs - due to duplicate content issue.
For SEO purposes, premium is more effective because you get back links from more well established domains.
How much does it cost for you to write the article, spin it and submit it?
See WD (normal) and PD (premium) packages.
We do not charge extra for spinning. Just make sure that the articles you submit are in the proper macro format.
Also, we do not write macro articles for you, so you may have to hire someone to do the conversion on your behalf.
Can I review articles before they are distributed?
Yes. We will submit the articles into your account so that you can review them (under PENDING ARTICLES).
You may make minor modifications directly from your account and approve (and schedule) them for distribution.
Are revisions allowed?
Note that the article writing service is a value added service that we provide.
Many of our competitors do not provide this service due to the inherent problems of article writing services (i.e. multiple revisions).
We also charge just a nominal fee to have articles written. For these reasons, we cannot provide revisions.
If you have specific requirements, we recommend that you hire your own in-house writers and use our distribution services
(P and D credits).
